我国非营利科研机构人事管理制度发展趋势

摘要:
非营利科研机构对我国经济与社会发展起着至关重要的作用。目前我国非营利科研机构在人事制度管理上基本采用事业单位管理模式,阻碍了我国科研机构及科技人才的进步。为促进我国非营利科研机构的健康发展,有必要对我国非营利科研机构人事管理问题进行探讨,以明确我国非营利科研机构的人事管理模式。

Abstract:
The units of non-profit scientific research institutions play a vital role in China′s economic and social development. At present, China′s non-profit scientific research institutions basically adopt the management mode of public institutions in the management of personnel system, which hinders the progress of scientific research institutions and scientific and technological talents in China. In order to promote the healthy development of China′s non-profit scientific research institutions, it is necessary to discuss the personnel management of China′s non-profit scientific research institutions to clarify the personnel management model of China′s non profit scientific research institutions.
