| 随着我国科技事业的强劲发展，建立健全科学、合理的管理环境十分迫切。当前，对科研项目绩效、人才考评以及资金管理等方面的不科学、不合理问题日益突显，对科研事业顺利发展形成阻碍。财务管理作为管理手段之一，其作用不可忽视，但同时也被赋予了过多的、不属于其自身的期望。文章阐述了财务管理内涵。通过剖析科研事业单位财务管理工作中遇到的问题，明确科学事业单位财务管理工作在激发科研创新活力中的真正作用，提出财务管理只是众多激发科研创新活力的有效举措之一，真正促进科研事业蓬勃发展须全方位助力、多部门推进。 |

| With the rapid development of science and technology in China, it is urgent to establish and improve a scientific and reasonable management environment. At present, the unscientific and unreasonable problems in scientific research project performance, talent evaluation and fund management have become increasingly prominent, which hinders the smooth development of scientific research.As one of the management means,the role of financial management can not be ignored, but also has been given too much which does not belong to its own expectations. This paper expounds the connotation of the financial management, analyzes the problems in financial management work of scientific research institution, clears the real function of financial management in stimulating scientific research innovation vigor, proposes that financial management is one of many effective means to arouse the vigour of scientific research innovation,promoting vigorous development of scientific research needs all-round support and multi-sectoral efforts. |
