| 下属企业是科研单位的重要经济支柱，直接影响到单位、职工的利益。但受限于主客观因素，各单位对下属企业的重视不够。即便那些企业发展好的单位，企业的地位也排在科研、管理的后面，负责安置人员和当“钱包”，没有与科研主业形成有机互补的双螺旋结构。文章分析表明，必须建立以市场为主导分析框架下的企业治理辅助分析框架，充分考虑人的关键地位的利益诉求，才能从根本上扭转认识，建立科学的企业治理结构，不断推动企业发展壮大。 |

| Subordinate enterprises are important economic pillars of agricultural scientific research institutes, which directly affect the interests of institutes and employees. However, due to subjective and objective factors, institutes did not pay enough attention to their subsidiaries. Even those institutes with well-developed enterprises ranked subsidiaries behind scientific research and management. Instead of making up an organic complementary double helix structure with the main business of scientific research, subsidiaries in those institutes were responsible for personnel placing and financial support. Therefore, it is necessary to establish an auxiliary analysis framework for enterprise governance under the market-oriented analysis framework, in which the importance and demands of people are fully considered. Only then, a correct understanding and scientific enterprise governance structure will be established which in turn will continuously facilitate the development and growth of enterprises. |
