农业科研院所一流食品科学学科建设的思考与建议

摘要:
近年来,我国食品领域科技发展迅猛,行业整体技术水平显著提高,食品工业的进步和营养健康的需求推动了食品学科的发展,中国农业科学院作为国家级科研单位在食品学科建设上已形成具有明显特色、较强竞争力和可持续发展能力的学科队伍。文章将从食品学科发展历史入手,分析存在的主要问题,并提出一流食品学科建设的对策及建议。

Abstract:
In recent years, with the rapid development of food science and technology in China, the overall technological level of food industry has improved significantly. The advancement of the food industry and the demand for nutrition and health has promoted the development of food science. Academic team with distinctive characteristics, strong competitiveness and sustainable development ability has established in CAAS. Starting from the development history of food science, this paper analyzed the main problems and proposed countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of first class food discipline.
