| 重大科技基础设施是国之重器，政府加强“两新一重”投资的重要内容。抓住“十四五”规划重大契机，科学优化农业重大科技基础设施布局，对引导中央投资向“三农”领域倾斜、推动农业高质量发展和建设世界科技强国等意义重大。文章通过剖析发达国家重大科技基础设施布局现状，总结其规律和经验，提出了加强我国农业重大科技基础设施布局的建议。 |

| Major science and technology infrastructure are national weapons and important part of the government′s investment in "New infrastructure construction, new urbanization construction, transportation, water conservancy and other major projects". Getting hold of the good opportunity of the 14th Five Year Plan, strengthening the layout of major agricultural science and technology infrastructure are of great significance to guide the central government′s investment in the field of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers", promote the high quality development of agriculture and build a powerful agricultural science and technology power in the world. Based on the analysis of the current situation of major science and technology infrastructure layout in developed countries, this paper summarized the experience of major science and technology infrastructure layout in developed countries, and put forward suggestions on strengthening the layout of major agricultural science and technology infrastructure in China. |
