农业科研单位公开招聘工作现状、问题及对策研究——以中国农业科学院为例

摘要:
公开招聘已成为各类事业单位人才引进的主体方式。文章通过问卷调研中国农业科学院下属34个研究所公开招聘工作,表明全院已经形成了招聘制度体系,实现了过程全面公开,新进人员质量较高,但也存在招聘宣传渠道比较单一,招聘方式方法创新不足,岗位条件设置不尽合理,工作人员专业素养有待提高等问题,建议多角度拓展公开招聘渠道,结合实际创新选拔方式,合理制定招聘需求和计划,加强招聘工作的专业培训等,以进一步提升招聘工作质量。

Abstract:
Open recruitment has already become a main way of talent introduction in various public institutions. Through questionnaire investigation of open recruitment work of 34 institutions under the Chinese academy of agricultural sciences, the results showed the recruitment system had formed, the process were fully open, the new personnel quality were higher, but there were also some problems, including recruiting propaganda channel was unitary, recruitment methods lack of innovation, post conditions set was unreasonable, staff professional quality needed improvement. Some suggestion is proposed that it should expand public recruitment channels, innovate recruitment methods, set reasonable recruitment plan, strengthen the recruitment of professional training, etc., so as to further enhance the quality of recruitment.
