| 地市级农业科研院所是我国农业科技创新体系中重要的组织部分，是服务地方经济发展、助推乡村振兴的中坚力量。由于地市级农业科学院所的发展受所在地区社会经济发展水平、科研投入水平、财政保障水平等因素影响，导致地市级农业科研院所的整体综合档案管理水平不高，不能较好地适应当前时期现代农业科研院所的发展需求。文章分析档案管理存在的问题，提出改进策略。 |

| Prefecture level agricultural research institutes are an important organizational part of my country agricultural science and technology innovation system, and they are the backbone of serving local economic development and boosting rural revitalization. Because the development of prefecture level agricultural science institutes is affected by the socio economic development level, scientific research investment level, financial security level and other factors in the area, the overall comprehensive file management level of the prefecture level agricultural scientific research institutes is not high and cannot be adapted well. How to effectively improve the level of archives management, better serve local economic development, and support modern agricultural technological innovation are the key difficulties facing archives management. |
