| ［目的］中国是世界最大的苹果生产和消费国，文章从世界专利、核心专利、中国专利3个角度对苹果相关领域的专利发展态势进行系统分析，深入了解该领域技术研发状况，为技术创新驱动苹果产业发展振兴提供参考依据。［方法］运用Innography国际专利分析平台，从技术发展趋势、专利布局、技术来源、竞争态势、主题分布、专利强度6个方面分析国内外苹果专利技术发展态势； 并分别对国际和中国的苹果核心专利技术进行分析。［结果］全球苹果领域相关技术研发进展迅速，中国、韩国、美国是世界最主要的专利布局地和技术来源地； 在核心专利方面，美国是技术关注度最高的区域； 而在专利申请数量上，中国占主导优势，其中大学和科研院所是中国最主要的技术研发力量，但中国专利的产业化应用水平还有待提高。［结论］中国在全球苹果相关技术研究领域影响力显著增强，但在专利价值方面有待进一步提升。 |

| China is the world′s largest apple producer and consumer.In this article we systematically analyzed the development of patents of apple industry from three perspectives: world patents, core patents, and Chinese patents, with an in depth understanding of the technology research and development status in this field, so as to provide reference for technological innovation to drive the development and revitalization of apple industry.We used the Innography international patent analysis platform to analyze the development trend of domestic and foreign apple patent technology from six aspects: technology development trend, patent layout, technology source, competition situation, theme distribution, and patent intensity.We also analyzed the Chinese and international apple core patented technologies respectively.The global apple industry related technology research and development was progressing rapidly. China, South Korea, and the United States were the world′s most important patent distribution and technology sources. In terms of the patent application number, China had a dominant advantage, among which universities and research institutes were the most important technology research and development forces in China. Whereas in terms of core patents, the United States was the region with the highest impact on technology. It demonstrated that the level of industrial application of Chinese patents needed to be improved.China′s influence in the global apple technology research field had increased significantly, but its patent value needed to be further improved. |
