利基市场理论下科研机构非共识课题价值研究

摘要:
非共识课题顾名思义是指没有达成一致意见的课题,即在项目评审中被认为可操作性不强或难度大、缺乏研究基础等不被认可的课题,也可以理解为原创性的、开拓性的、试探性的课题。文章应用营销学利基市场理论分析了非共识课题的价值,提出了需认真对待“星星之火”的非共识课题、进一步对非共识课题进行判识与审议、进行小额资助及非共识课题研究者需对课题负责4项意见建议来认识与支持非共识课题。

THE VALUE OF NON CONSENSUS SUBJECTS OF SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH INSTITUTES UNDER THE NICHE MARKET THEORY

Abstract:
Non consensus subjects are those that have not reached an agreement, and they are not recognized in the project evaluation, such as weak operability, great difficulty and lack of research foundation. They may be understood as original, pioneering and exploratory topics. Based on the niche market theory of marketing, this paper analyzed the value of non consensus subjects, and put forward suggestions to recognize and support non consensus topics, namely, to seriously treat non consensus topics, further judgment and discussion, to provide small grants and to be responsible for non consensus subjects.
