| As a new part of the management of agricultural scientific research institutions, the establishment of "scientific research financial assistant" to liberate scientific researchers has won the consensus of the vast number of scientific research staff. Starting from the current situation of research financial assistant in agricultural institutions in China, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the establishment of research financial assistant system in agricultural institutions, and further puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. |
