| President Xi Jinping once stressed: To strengthen the construction of grass-roots party organization is to implement it strictly. As the main force of national agricultural scientific research institute, strengthening the construction of grass-roots party organizations is a concrete measure to earnestly implement the spirit of the CPC central committee and an inevitable choice to serve and guarantee scientific and technological innovation. This paper expounds the significance of strengthening the construction of grass-roots party organizations in the new era, analyzes the current problems, and takes the practical experience of the construction of grass-roots party organizations in agricultural research institutes as an example, discusses the ways to strengthen the construction of grass-roots party organizations in agricultural research institutes. |
