| 近年来基层农业科研院所科技工作发展迅速,取得了很多的科研成果,但其转化率并不高,农业科技成果转化有待进一步提升。本文分析了农业科技成果转化的制约因素,并对其提出了相应的对策建议,以期提高农业科技成果转化率,提升科技服务能力,为进一步促进农业增效、农民增收提供科学依据。 |
