| 农业科研单位在我国多属于事业单位,主要从事农业相关领域的知识创新、技术创新、技术产品研发及成果转化和示范推广工作。农业科研单位为农业科技进步做出了突出贡献,但由于受体制机制等因素的影响,农业科研单位发展也面临一系列问题和困难。本文以江西省为例,通过了解江西省农业科研单位发展的现状,剖析存在的问题,并查找存在问题的原因,进而对加快江西省农业科研单位发展提出了思路与建议,以期为相关决策部门提供参考依据。 |

| Agricultural research units are mostly institutions in China, they mainly engage in knowledge innovation, technology innovation, technology product research and development, and transformation and demonstration of agricultural products. Agricultural research units have made outstanding contributions to the advancement of agricultural science and technology, but due to the influence of the receptor mechanism and other factors, the development of agricultural research units is also facing a series of problems and difficulties. This article takes Jiangxi Province as an example, by understanding the current situation of the development of agricultural scientific research units in Jiangxi Province, analyzing the existing problems, and looking for the reasons for the problems, and then put forward ideas and suggestions for accelerating the development of agricultural scientific research units in Jiangxi Province, in order to provide reference for relevant decision-making departments. |
