| 皖北地区科技创新具有独特的基础和条件,对振兴皖北经济有着不可代替的重要作用。但新时代下皖北地区存在科技创新资源管理体制不合理,科技资源总量不大投入不足,科技资源开放共享程度较低,各类创新主体角色错位等问题。从推动区域性科技创新资源共享服务平台建设,优化资源的共享渠道；积极搭建产学研联盟,整合各方科技创新资源；以构建科学资源交易体系为核心推行科技服务市场化等三方面入手,可以优化皖北地区的科技创新资源配置能力。 |

| The innovation of science and technology in the northern part of Anhui has a unique foundation and condition, which plays an important role in the revitalization of the northern Anhui economy. However, in the new era, there are some problems such as the unreasonable resource management system of science and technology, the lack of the total amount of science and technology resources, the low degree of open and sharing of science and technology resources, and the dislocation of various types of innovative subjects. From the aspects of promoting the construction of the regional science and technology innovation resource sharing service platform and optimizing the sharing channel of the resources, building the industry-university-research alliance and combining the scientific and technological innovation resources of all the parties, and starting with the construction of the scientific resource trading system as the core to promote the market of scientific and technological services, The resource allocation ability of science and technology in the northern part of Anhui can be optimized. |
