| 科技成果转化是科技转变成现实生产力的重要途径。自2015年《促进科技成果转化法》修订出台，经过几年的发展，全国科技成果转化工作迅猛发展，为促进产业发展，企业创新能力提升，起到了重要作用。但通过分析国立科研开发机构与高等院校科技成果转化现状，不难发现科技成果转化仍旧存在不少理念、体制及机制上的问题。本文简要总结了一些制约国立科研开发机构与高等院校科技成果转化发展的问题，提出了若干的对策，以期能为我国科技成果转化工作发展提供些许借鉴。 |

| #$NLThe transformation of scientific and technological achievements is an important way to convert science and technology into realistic productivity. Since the promulgation of the Law on Promoting the Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements in 2015, the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in China has developed rapidly. This result played an important role in promoting industrial development and enhancing the ability to innovate of enterprises. However, based on the analysis of the status quo of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in national research institutions and institutions of higher learning, it is easy to find that many issues still existed in the idea, system and mechanism of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. This paper briefly summarizes the issues that restrict the transformation and development of scientific and technological achievements in national scientific research institutions and colleges and universities and puts forward relevant strategies. It is expected to provide reference and guidance for the development of scientific and technological achievements transformation in China.#$NL |
