| 期刊出版涉及的知识点众多,以国外期刊与中文期刊办刊对比的视角出发,通过比较各角色的分工定位,辅助期刊出版是技术运用,推广期刊的方式方法等方面总结和思考不同之处。思考国内外期刊的开放获取方式、与协会合作模式以及数据版权归属等问题作为问题延伸,指出国外期刊和中文期刊办刊的极大不同。最后指出,在初创中文学术期刊时,需要充分学习国内中文期刊的办刊经验,将国外期刊办刊的好经验融会贯通运用到中文办刊中。 |

| Many knowledge points are involved in periodical publishing. By comparing the publication processes of foreign and Chinese journals, different roles can be identified in the application of publishing technologies and methods for promoting journals. These differences were summarized in the process of analyzing the knowledge points involved in periodical publishing between foreign and Chinese journals. Considering the open access model, the model of running a joint journal with association and the copyright ownership of data, but great differences can be observed between foreign and Chinese journals in dealing with the problem of open access copyrights. Finally, when establishing Chinese academic journals, it is necessary to fully understand the experience of Chinese journals in China and apply the best practices from foreign journals’ experience to the Chinese journals. |
