| Taking the institute of Plant Protection,Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example,this paper expounds the implementation effect of The Agricultural Science and Technology Innovation Program(ASTIP)in 2013-2017, summarizes the management experience in ASTIP, explains the leading role and prying effect of ASTIP in our institute"s scientific and technological development, and puts forward the next adjustment ideas and measures for the existing problems. |
