| 本文通过梳理中国农业科学院农业资源与农业区划研究所2007-2018年承担的农业基本建设项目情况，对其现状进行了总结分析，从项目实施的前期、中期、后期三个阶段分析了目前基建管理工作主要存在的问题，为今后如何加强农业科研机构基建管理提出了对策和建议。 |

| There is a theme about summarizing and analyzing the current situation of the agricultural infrastructure projects undertaken by the Institute of agricultural resources and agricultural regionalization of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences from 2007 to 2018. AT the same time,it finds out the main problems existing in the current infrastructure management work from the three stages of the project implementation: the early stage, the middle stage and the late stage, so as to put forward countermeasures and construction for how to strengthen the infrastructure management of agricultural research institutions in future. |
