| 国家科学技术奖对促进科技支撑引领经济社会发展,加快建设创新型国家具有重要意义。文章通过对国家科学技术奖2013—2018年农业领域评审组项目获奖情况、农业领域评审组之外的涉农项目获奖情况、所有涉农成果获奖情况及获奖项目学科分布、农业领域评审组形式审查和获奖率、获奖项目完成单位、获奖项目完成人和完成时间等情况进行详细数据分析,结果充分展现了国家科技奖励服务国家发展、激励自主创新、突出价值导向、公开公平公正政策的成效显著。同时,也发现了农业领域科技发展的不平衡、不充分和短板问题,并针对这些问题提出了对策和建议,为进一步提高农业科技创新能力指明方向。 |

| Abstract: |
| The State Science and Technology Awards lead economic and social development and accelerate the construction of an innovative country in China. Using the data of State Science and Technology Awards regarding agriculture between 2013 and 2018, the present study introduced the awards acquired by agricultural projects within and outside professional review groups and all agriculture-related achievements, and analyzed the discipline distribution of award-winning projects, the form review, awarding ratio, the type of award winner, and the completion time of projects. The results showed that the awarding policies of national development, innovation encouragement, value orientation, and open-fair review have made great progresses. Meanwhile, we observed issues regarding the imbalance and weakness in the development of agricultural science and technology. In order to further promote the innovation and development of agricultural science, we put forward some suggestions for the management of State Science and Technology Award. |
