“粮经饲”种植结构优化方法与对弈式操作策略

摘要:
【目的】优先推动“粮经饲”作物种植结构优化,促进农业供给侧结构性改革,可加 快培育农业农村发展新动能,实现乡村振兴战略。【方法】关键在于查清种植业分区特色与 种植现状,总结好当地专家和经营者经验与知识,充分挖掘农田作物适宜性潜力,科学预测 市场供需与经济期望,采用多目标评估方法,开发对弈式智能化操作平台。【结果】推广应 用基于种植业时空大数据的对弈式智能化软件平台,可产生区域种植结构优化方案,达到稳 定粮食生产,提升经济作物效益以及尽可能多地扩大饲料作物种植面积,以支持或扩大养殖 业,发展加工业和服务业,延伸农村产业链,实现乡镇振兴目标。【结论】多目标评价方法 与对弈式智能化操作策略,适用于种植业结构优化或农业供给侧结构改革等多目标问题,平 台运行过程中发挥决策者的主导作用,能够确保结构优化规划方案的科学性与可行性。

Optimization method of planting structure of“grain &economic & feed crop”and playing chess operationstrategy of software platform

Abstract:
[Purpose]It has become one of the major measures to accelerate the cultivation of new drivers of agricultural and rural development and realize the strategy of rural revitalization to give priority to the optimization of the tripartite structure of“ grain,economy and fodder”and promote the supply-side structural reform of agriculture.[ Method]The key is to find out the characteristics and structure of planting in different regions,summarize the experience and knowledge of local experts and operators,fully tap the suitability potential of farmland crops,scientifically predict market supply and demand and economic expectations,adopt multi-objective evaluation method,and develop intelligent gaming operation platform. [Result]Application based on the planting big data in time and space and the intelligent game type operation platform can produce regional planting structure optimization scheme,meet the stable grain production and improve benefit of economic crop,and expand the forage crop acreage as much as possible to support expanding aquaculture,processing industry and service industry development,extending rural industry chain and promote the rural revitalization.[Conclusion]The multi-objective evaluation method and intelligent gaming operation strategy are applicable to the multi-objective problems such as planting industry structure optimization or agricultural supply-side structure reform. In the process of platform operation,the leading role of decision makers can ensure the scientificity and feasibility of structural optimization planning scheme.
