【目的】鉴于农作物资源遥感监测业务体系建设的需要,实现农作物资源空间分布动态信息准确获取的目标。【方法】该文在农作物遥感监测业务需求分析基础上,对可用于农作物资源遥感监测数据源的特点、现状及发展趋势进行了总结,【结果】提出了中国农作物资源遥感监测业务的主要内容应该包括农作物资源“一张图”遥感调查、农作物资源空间动态遥感监测、重大农业政策和工程监测与评价等3项业务内容,3项业务内容又包括中国耕地空间分布图、中国农作物生长过程监测、中国粮食生产功能区农作物种植结构遥感监测与评价等11项子业务,并对开展这些业务需要的遥感数据以及监测技术也进行了说明。【结论】研究结果表明,当前监测内容的设计是遥感数据、技术能力与现实需求折衷的结果;从遥感数据源的角度看,提高遥感数据的时间、空间、光谱分辨率以满足业务需求是亟待解决的问题;从技术方法的角度来看,遥感监测方法自动化能力不高,人工目视解译仍然是业务运行工作的主要技术手段。为提高面向全球的业务化监测水平,从全球尺度出发,开展业务内容相关的区域性光谱变异规律分析,从机理方面出发解决自动化识别能力,应该是今后遥感监测理论技术研究的重点。 |

China’s crop resource remote sensing monitoring demands and its business content design |

Abstract: |
[Purpose]The purpose of the study is to meet the demand of system construction of crop resource remote sensing monitoring operation, and to realize the target of accurate acquisition of dynamic information of crop resource spatial distribution. [Method]Based on the analysis of business demand of crop remote sensing monitoring operation, the paper summarizes the characters, current conditions and development trends of crop resource remote sensing monitoring data sources. [Results]The paper proposes that, the major contents of China’s crop resource remote sensing monitoring business operations should include three business contents of crop resource “one map” remote sensing survey, crop resource space dynamic remote sensing monitoring, and major agriculture policy and project monitoring and evaluation, which include 11 sub operations of China’s farmland spatial distribution map, China’s crop growth process monitoring, remote sensing monitoring and evaluation of planting structure of China’s grain production functional zone, etc. Meanwhile, the paper also explains the remote sensing data required for carrying out such business operations and the monitoring technologies. [Conclusion] The study results show that, the design of the current monitoring contents is the result of compromising of remote sensing data, technical capacity, and practical demands; from the perspective of remote sensing data source, it is an urgent job to improve the temporal, spatial, and spectral resolutions of remote sensing data, so as to meet the demand of business operation; from the perspective of technical methods, the automation capability of remote sensing monitoring method is not sufficient, and the human visual interpretation is still the major technical means in current business operations. In order to improve the monitoring capacity of global business operation, analysis of regional spectral variation patterns related to the business contents, and improving automatic identification capability are the key jobs of remote sensing monitoring theoretical and technical researches in the future. |
