基于GIS的智慧农业信息服务平台设计与实现—以广西河池为例

摘要:
【目的】农业综合信息服务作为农业信息化的重要内容之一,对于促进农业经济发展具有重要作用,为了充分利用大数据、云计算和互联网等先进技术构建智慧农业大数据管理平台,发展现代农业管理体系和综合服务体系。【方法】该文以广西河池为例,设计开发了基于GIS的农业综合信息服务平台。平台采用B/S架构,采用C#作为开发语言,属性数据库使用SQL Server数据库管理系统,空间数据库使用PostgreSQL数据库管理系统,WebGIS前端采用ArcGIS API for JS。【结果】该平台可以实现农业工作者、农业资源、农作物、十大百万、特色农业、新型农业以及三品一标等农业综合信息的管理和展示。【结论】采用GIS技术可以有效构建农业信息服务平台,实现对农业信息的管理,推动农业信息共享,促进农业向智能化、现代化发展。

Abstract:
[Purpose]As one of the important contents of agricultural informatization, agricultural comprehensive information service plays an important role in promoting the development of agricultural economy. In order to make full use of advanced technologies such as big data, cloud computing and internet to build a smart agricultural big data management platform, develop a modern agricultural management system and integrated service system. [Method]This paper takes Guangxi Hechi as an example to design and develop a comprehensive agricultural information service platform based on GIS. The platform adopts B/S architecture, adopts C# as the development language, the attribute database uses SQL Server database management system, the spatial database uses PostgreSQL database management system, and the WebGIS front end adopts ArcGIS API for JS. [Result]The platform can realize the management and display of agricultural comprehensive information such as agricultural worker, agricultural resources, crops, ten million, characteristic agriculture, new agriculture and three products and one standard. [Conclusion]The use of GIS technology can effectively construct an agricultural information service platform, realize the management of agricultural information, promote the sharing of agricultural information, and promote the development of agriculture to intelligence and modernization.
