智能灌溉控制系统在农业水肥一体化上的应用

摘要:
【目的】为了使农业灌溉达到节约水资源、省工、智能控制和提高水肥利用效率的目的,文章以物联网技术为支撑,对水肥一体化智能灌溉控制系统进行设计。【方法】在农业生产中,融入操作方便、智能控制、传感器、无线自组网等先进的物联网信息技术,解决传统农业灌溉面临的诸多问题。【结果】该系统主要包含控制系统、水肥混合系统、水肥灌溉系统、系统终端数据采集和分析系统及灌溉终端APP作业系统。使用本系统可以对作物实现远程控制灌溉,以及随着硬软件系统的升级,最终可以实现智能灌溉。该智能灌溉控制系统,在使用的过程中无需布线,无需外接电源,通过装置间自组网,可以实现大面积控制。【结论】通过实验测试发现,智能灌溉控制系统操作方便、控制灵敏度较高,能够实现远程控制、省工、便捷的目的。因此,该系统是农业水肥一体化智能灌溉的实现方式,具有一定的应用前景和推广价值。

Abstract:
[Purpose] In order to achieve the purpose of water saving, labor saving ,intelligent control and improve the efficiency of water and fertilizer use for agricultural irrigation, that the article is designed the integrated intelligent irrigation and control system of water and fertilizer with the support of Internet of Things technology. [Method] In the agricultural production, it integrates advanced Internet of Things information technology such as convenient operation, intelligent control, sensor and wireless ad hoc network to solve many problems faced by traditional agricultural irrigation. [Result] The system mainly includes a control system, a water and fertilizer mixing system, a water and fertilizer irrigation system, a system terminal data acquisition and analysis system, and an irrigation terminal APP operating system. This system can achieve remote control of crop irrigation, and intelligent irrigation can be achieved with the upgrade of hardware and software systems. The intelligent irrigation control system requires no wiring and external power supply during the use process, and it can realize large-area control through the self-organizing network between the devices. [Conclusion] Through the experiment test, it is found that the intelligent irrigation control system has convenient operation and high control sensitivity, and can achieve the purpose of remote control, water saving, fertilizer saving, labor saving and convenience. Therefore, the system is an implementation method of agricultural water and fertilizer integrated intelligent irrigation, which has certain application prospects and popularization value.
