全球农业传感器技术研发态势分析

摘要:
【目的】通过分析全球农业传感器技术的研发态势,为我国相关技术研发提出发展策略 和建议,为相关管理人员和科技人员提供情报支撑。【方法】文章以农业传感器技术为分析对 象,综合利用专利计量、专利地图、社会网络分析等技术方法,从发展趋势、国家 / 组织、申 请人、发明人、技术主题等方面对全球农业传感器技术的研发态势进行深入研究及可视化展 示。【结果】自 2008 年以来,全球农业传感器技术的研发热度不断提升,我国的专利申请量遥 遥领先,但专利影响力及质量却明显较低;专利申请最活跃的群体是企业;专利申请人以及发 明人之间的专利数量及影响力差距较大;我国高申请量的申请人和发明人很多,但是申请人和 发明人的专利影响力和质量偏低;全球农业传感器领域分为 9 个主题技术,不同发展阶段农业 传感器领域的重点研发方向具有差异性,整体专利呈现出由数量少、集中度高向数量多、集中 度低发展的趋势。【结论】应进一步注重对专利影响力和质量的重视,加速专利成果的产业化; 加强海外专利保护力度、国际合作交流与学习;强化科研机构与企业之间的合作,加速科研成 果的转化;聚焦研发力量和方向,攻关灌溉、无线网络 / 通信 / 监测技术、光照调节、蔬果采 摘机器人等核心技术和重大共性关键技术,进而促进我国农业传感器技术的创新发展。

Analysis of global agricultural sensor technology research anddevelopment situation

Abstract:
[Purpose]Through the analysis of global agricultural sensor technology research and development situation,this paper puts forward development strategies and suggestions for related technology research and development in China,and provides information support for relevant management personnel and scientific and technological personnel. [Method]This paper takes the agricultural sensor technology field as the analysis object,comprehensively uses the patent measurement,patent map,social network analysis and other technical methods to conduct in-depth research and visual display of the global agricultural sensor technology research and development status from the development trend,country/region,applicant,inventor, technical theme and other aspects. [Result]Since 2008,The research and development of global agricultural sensor technology has been increasing. The number of patent applications in China is far ahead,but the patent influence and quality are obviously low. The most active group of patent applications is enterprises. There is a big gap in the number and influence of patents between patent applicants and inventors. There are many applicants and inventors with high application volume in China,but the patent influence and quality of the applicants and inventors are low. The global agricultural sensor field is divided into nine subject technologies,and the key research and development directions of agricultural sensor field are different in different development stages, and the overall patents show the development from small number and high concentration to large number and low concentration. [Conclusion]we should pay more attention to the influence and quality of patents,accelerate the industrialization of patent achievements;strengthen the protection of overseas patents,international cooperation and exchange and learning;strengthen the cooperation between scientific research institutions and enterprises,accelerate the transformation of scientific research achievements;focus on the research and development capacity and direction,and tackle irrigation,wireless network/communication/monitoring technology,light regulation,vegetable and fruit picking Robot and other core technologies and major common key technologies to promote the innovation and development of agricultural sensor technology in China.
