四川省绿色农业发展区域特征及评价

摘要:
[目的]绿色农业是现代农业发展的一种新模式,绿色农业的发展水平反映了该地区农业经济发展的综合水平。因此,通过测度四川省绿色农业发展水平,可以为四川省实现农业现代化提供理论参考。[方法]文章通过构建四川省绿色农业发展水平评价指标体系,采用熵值法和层次分析法计算得到绿色农业发展水平综合指数。基于农业发展水平等级划分标准,对四川省各市(州)的绿色农业发展水平进行综合评价。[结果]四川省绿色农业发展水平评价指标权重分析结果表明,生产过程的绿色化水平较高,其权重值为0493 4,产品品牌的绿色化水平权重值较低,为0195 8。二级指标的权重分析结果表明四川省农药化肥使用量偏高,森林覆盖率较低。通过对四川省绿色农业发展水平的区域特征分析,结果表明不同地区的发展水平差异较大,成都市发展水平指数最高为0610 4,巴中市指数最低为0197 2,四川省整体发展水平指数为0454 2,与成都市发展水平指数相差两个级别。此外,区域发展的集聚效应较明显,以成都市为中心向四周递减。[结论]四川省绿色农业发展水平的区域差异性较大,各地区存在发展不平衡的现状,从整体上来看,中部和东部的发展水平相对较高,西部发展水平相对较低。

REGIONAL CHARACTERISTICS AND EVALUATION OF GREEN AGRICULTURE DEVELOPMENT IN SICHUAN PROVINCE

Abstract:
Green agriculture is a new mode of modern agricultural development, and the development level of green agriculture reflects the comprehensive level of agricultural economic development in the region. Therefore, by measuring the green agricultural development level in Sichuan province, it provides some reference for the realization of agricultural modernization in Sichuan province. By constructing the evaluation index system of the development level of green agriculture in Sichuan province, the weight of each index was determined by the combination of entropy method and analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The index of development level of green agriculture was calculated by constructing the index model of the level of development of green agriculture in each city (prefecture) of Sichuan province, and the grade of development level was classified and evaluated according to the index. The result showed that the green level of production process was high, its weight value was 0.493 4, and the weight value of green level of product brand was lower, which was 0.195 8. The results of weight analysis showed that the use of pesticide and fertilizer was high and the forest coverage was low in Sichuan province. Through the analysis of the regional characteristics of the development level of green agriculture in Sichuan province, the results showed that the development level of different regions was different, the highest development level index of Chengdu was 0.610 4, the lowest of Bazhong was 0.197 2, Sichuan province was the lowest. The overall development level index was 0.454 2, which was two levels different from the development level index of Chengdu. In addition, the agglomeration effect of regional development was more obvious, which was decreasing in Chengdu as the center. On the whole, the development level of green agriculture in Sichuan province is quite different from each other, there is an unbalanced development in each region, the development level of central and eastern regions is relatively high, and the level of western development is relatively low.
