| ［目的］通过对洛阳市乡村旅游资源进行分类及评价研究，旨在综合分析洛阳市乡村旅游资源禀赋，以对其开发利用提供全新的参考路径。［方法］运用层次分析法构建评价指标体系，以资源要素价值、资源开发条件和社会效应构成评价综合层，从可持续发展的角度以及综合层3个部分在洛阳乡村旅游发展中的实际情况进行指标的选取，共包含15个具体指标，构成一个梯级的、相互联系的、系统的评价指标体系。［结果］在评价综合层中， 3个部分的权重分布情况为资源要素价值（0647 9）＞资源开发条件（0229 9）＞社会效应（0122 2）； 指标层权重处于第一层次的指标有文化研究价值（0136 7）、乡村扶贫效应（0131 3）、旅游基础设施建设（0126 5）和资源丰富度（0093 1）。［结论］洛阳市乡村旅游资源极其丰富，其中人文旅游资源占基本类的71%，具有极强的开发潜力； 深度挖掘乡村文化资源的价值是洛阳乡村旅游产业发展的重要途径； 乡村经济发展的不平衡成为洛阳乡村旅游发展的制约因素。 |

| Abstract: |
| Based on the classification and evaluation of rural tourism resources in Luoyang city, this research comprehensively analyzes their resource endowment in order to provide a new reference path for the development and utilization of rural tourism resources in Luoyang city. The evaluation index system was constructed by AHP, which was composed of resource element value, resource exploitation condition and social effect, and combined with the actual situation of three parts in Luoyang rural tourism development. The selection of indicators from the angle of sustainable development consisted of 15 concrete indexes, which constituted a cascade, interrelated and systematic evaluation index system. In the evaluation comprehensive layer, the weight distribution of the 3 parts was the resource factor value (0.647 9) ＞ resource development condition (0.229 9) ＞ social effect (0.122 2); the index layer weight at the first level had cultural research value (0.136 7), rural poverty alleviation effect (0.131 3), tourism infrastructure construction (0.126 5) and resource richness (0.093 1). Luoyang city is extremely rich in rural tourism resources, among which the humanistic tourism resources account for 71% of the basic category, which has a strong potential for development, in depth mining the value of rural cultural resources is an important way to develop the rural tourism industry in Luoyang. The imbalance of rural economic development has become the restricting factor of Luoyang rural tourism development. |
