| ［目的］通过对重庆市乡村旅游资源可持续发展进行评价研究，以期对重庆市的乡村旅游资源可持续开发利用提供合理的参考建议。［方法］运用层次分析法构建评价指标体系，以乡村旅游资源开发、乡村旅游环境质量、乡村旅游经济发展和乡村旅游社会发展4个方面构成评价准则层，向下分20个具体指标，用模糊综合评价法系统分析重庆市乡村旅游资源的可持续发展。［结果］在评价准则层中，四个部分的权重分布为乡村旅游环境质量（0465 8）＞乡村旅游资源开发（0277 1）＞乡村旅游社会发展（0161 1）＞乡村旅游经济发展（0096 0）；指标层权重处于第一层次的有乡村居民人均收入水平（0377 0）、乡村非物质文化遗产与保护（0370 8）、乡村旅游扶贫效应（0350 2）和乡村绿化率（0326 5）。重庆市乡村旅游资源可持续发展综合得分为8350，为2级水平。［结论］重庆市乡村旅游资源在环境质量、开发水平和经济社会发展上较为均衡，且有较大提升空间，应重点加强四个部分的协调发展，以经济社会的发展促进环境和资源开发的优化；交通开发难度较大和整体经济发展与旅游业发展的不平衡成为制约重庆市乡村旅游发展的主要因素；加强乡村旅游的投资力度，吸引优秀人才，提高旅游就业率成为重庆市乡村旅游可持续发展的关键。 |

| EVALUATION ON SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF RURAL TOURISM RESOURCES IN CHONGQING |

| Through the evaluation and research on the sustainable development of rural tourism resources in Chongqing, it is expected to provide reasonable reference for the sustainable development and utilization of rural tourism resources in Chongqing. The evaluation index system was constructed by AHP, which consisted of 20 indicators from four aspects including the exploitation of rural tourism resources, the quality of rural tourism environment, the development of rural tourism economy and the development of rural tourism society. And the sustainable development of rural tourism resources in Chongqing was systematically analyzed by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. In the evaluation synthesis layer, the weights of the four parts were showed as follows. Rural tourism environmental quality (0.465 8) was the highest, followed by rural tourism resources exploitation( 0.277 1) , and then social development of rural tourism (0.161 1) and rural tourism economic development (0.096 0). At the first level, the average income level of rural residents was 0.377 0, the rural intangible cultural heritage and protection was 0.370 8, the poverty alleviation effect of rural tourism was 0.350 2 and the green rate of rural areas was 0.326 5. The comprehensive score of sustainable development of rural tourism resources in Chongqing was 83.50, which was 2 levels. The rural tourism resources of Chongqing are more balanced in the environment quality, the development level and the economic and social development, and the improvement should be strengthened. The coordinated development of the four parts should be strengthened, so as to promote the optimization of environment and resource development with the development of the economy and society. The difficulty of transportation development and the imbalance of overall economic development and tourism development are the main factors that restrict the development of rural tourism in Chongqing. It should strengthen the investment of rural tourism, attract talented persons and improve the tourism employment rate, which is the key to the sustainable development of rural tourism in Chongqing . |
