| ［目的］目前我国正多方位、多角度实施乡村振兴战略，村容村貌改善活动也在如火如荼地进行，基于乡村振兴角度提出具有乡村特色的乡村园林景观规划规范及技术指导对于乡村振兴十分必要。［方法］文章从乡村振兴角度阐述了新农村建设中乡村园林景观规划的意义，并在深刻剖析乡村振兴战略以来新农村环境建设现状及园林景观规划现状的基础上，提出我国乡村园林景观规划路径。［结果］目前，我国新农村环境建设的政策引导性加强、建设目标数字化，新农村环境建设正处于一个良好的政策环境中； 但乡村振兴战略实施以来，我国新农村园林景观规划依旧存在乡村特征缺乏、传统文化正在消失、生态平衡失调等问题。［结论］尊重原有村庄肌理、以生态文明为指导进行乡村聚落规划； 保护乡村资源的同时，实现农业景观及自然景观同休闲、观光等产业相结合，打造乡村“多元经济发展体”是基于乡村振兴的新农村园林景观规划方向。 |

| At present, China is implementing a rural revitalization strategy in a multi faceted and multi angle manner. The village to village improvement activities are also in full swing, creating rural garden landscape planning norms and technical guidance with rural characteristics rather than urban development models. Rural revitalization is necessary. Based on the perspective of rural revitalization, this paper expounded the significance of rural landscape planning in the construction of new countryside, and based on the analysis of the current situation of new rural environment construction and the current situation of landscape planning since the rural revitalization strategy, and proposed the path of rural landscape planning in China. At present, the policy guidance of China′s new rural environment construction was strengthened, the construction target was digitized, and the new rural environment construction was in a good policy environment. Since the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, the rural characteristics of China′s new rural garden landscape regulations were still lacking. Traditional culture was disappearing, planning and connection with farmers′ production and life were not strong, and ecological balance was imbalanced. Respect the original village texture and guide the rural settlement with the guidance of ecological civilization; while protecting the rural resources, realize the combination of agricultural landscape and natural landscape with leisure and sightseeing industries, and build a rural "diversified economic development body" based on rural revitalization of new rural landscape planning direction. |
