| ［目的］文章从江西省边远山区发展休闲农业的潜力出发，采用层次分析法评价目前其山区休闲农业发展的绩效，以期为江西省山区休闲农业的发展提供支持。［方法］采用层次分析法（AHP），分别构建江西省边远山区休闲农业发展潜力指标评价体系和江西省边远山区休闲农业发展绩效评价指标体系，并确定指标权重。然后根据各指标的游客和当地农民的评分值（分值范围为1~10分）与权重值加权计算各区域（赣东、赣西、赣南、赣北）的发展潜力指数和绩效指数并分别比较其大小。［结果］（1）在山区休闲农业发展潜力评价体系中，在系统层中，资源条件的权重值高于经营水平； 经营水平的指标中，游客接待水平的权重值最大，发资源条件的指标中，交通便利程度的权重值最大。（2）在山区休闲农业发展绩效评价体系中，在系统层中，经济效益的权重值最高，其次是生态效益，社会效益的权重值最低； 在经济效益的指标中，村民人均可支配收入的权重值最大； 在社会效益的指标中，吸纳农村劳动力就业的权重值最大； 在生态效益的指标中，农村环境改善程度的权重值最大。（3）山区休闲农业发展潜力和发展绩效排序结果一致：赣南>赣西>赣东>赣北。［结论］江西省边远山区休闲农业发展前景广阔，潜力巨大，但由于交通基础设施建设及环境条件和旅游经营水平的差异，各区域山区休闲农业发展状况存在差异，其中，赣南山区的发展潜力最大，发展成效最为显著。各区域应因地制宜，合理制定发展规划和方向，突出区域发展特色，激发休闲农业的经济、社会和生态效益，有效提高农民收入，帮助农民脱贫致富。 |

| This study starts from the potential of developing leisure agriculture in the remote mountainous regions of Jiangxi province and uses AHP to evaluate the performance of the development of leisure agriculture in mountainous regions, so as to provide support for the development of leisure agriculture in mountainous regions of Jiangxi province. The paper adopted the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to construct the evaluation index system of leisure agriculture development potential in the remote mountainous areas of Jiangxi province and the evaluation index system of the performance of leisure agriculture development in the remote mountainous regions in Jiangxi province, and determined the index weights. Then, based on the scores of the tourists and local farmers of each index (with a score range of 1 to 10 points) and weighted values, the development potential index and performance index of each region (Qiandong, Longxi, Weinan, and Oubei) were weighted. Finally, their sizes were compared separately. In the assessment system of development potential of leisure agriculture in mountainous areas, the weight value of resource conditions was higher than the operating level in the system level; among the indicators of operating level, the weight value of tourist reception level was the largest, and the indicators of resource conditions were transmitted. The degree of convenience had the largest weight value. In the evaluation system of leisure agricultural development performance in mountainous areas, in the system level, the economic benefit had the highest weight value, followed by the ecological benefit, and the social benefit weight value was the lowest; among the indicators of economic benefit, the per capita disposable income of villagers had the largest weight value. In the index of social benefits, the value of the weight of the employment of rural labor was the largest; in the index of the ecological benefit, the weight of the improvement of the rural environment was the largest. The ranking results of leisure agriculture development potential and development performance in mountainous areas were the same: Longnan> Longxi> Longdong> Longbei. The development of leisure agriculture in the remote mountainous areas in Jiangxi province has broad prospects and great potential. However, due to differences in the construction of transportation infrastructure and environmental conditions and tourism management levels, there are differences in the development status of leisure agriculture in mountainous areas in various regions. Among them, the potential for development in the mountainous regions of southern Anhui province is the largest and the development effect is the most significant. All regions should adjust measures to local conditions, formulate development plans and directions reasonably, highlight the characteristics of regional development, stimulate the economic, social and ecological benefits of leisure agriculture, effectively increase the income of farmers, and help farmers rise from poverty. |
