江苏省农村信息消费的空间格局及其动态演变

摘要:
[目的]信息消费已成为激发经济增长活力的新培育点,尤其在农村地区,信息消费存在巨大的发展空间和增长潜力。文章选取长三角重要成员江苏省为例,从空间相关和空间集聚的角度,以准确把握农村信息消费的空间关系及格局演变,以推动全省信息消费的协调发展,加快推进经济新常态。[方法]基于1998—2016年各市域单位的经验数据,利用ArcGIS软件,对江苏省农村信息消费的基尼系数、Moran′s I指数、Getis Ord General G指数进行测算。[结果]信息消费市域差异的基尼系数高于生活消费总支出的基尼系数,江苏省农村信息消费的Moran′s I指数和Getis Ord GeneralG指数在研究时段内始终为正,同时Moran′s I指数呈现上升的变化趋势。信息消费的空间集聚带来了新的空间分异的不均衡格局。[结论]江苏省农村信息消费的区域差异显著,苏北信息消费严重滞后。江苏省农村信息消费呈现空间正相关和空间集聚效应,并趋于加强,高值簇的空间集聚效应更加显著,而低值簇的空间作用相对薄弱,这种空间关系逐渐形成空间分化的新格局。

THE SPATIAL PATTERN AND ITS DYNAMIC EVOLUTION OF THE INFORMATION CONSUMPTION IN RURAL AREAS OF JIANGSU PROVINCE

Abstract:
Information consumption has become a new nurturing point to stimulate economic growth, and especially in rural areas, it seems to have broader development space and larger growth potential. Thus this paper pay attention to the information consumption in rural areas. It is known that Jiangsu Province is an important member of the Yangtze River Delta and we take this province as an example. We focus on the spatial correlation as well as spatial agglomeration of information consumption and try to accurately describe the spatial relationship and pattern evolution of rural information consumption. Then we aim to promote the coordinated development of information consumption in the whole province and accelerate the new normal economy. We adopted a panel data in this study containing 13 cities in Jiangsu province and the sample period runs from 1998 to 2016 with yearly data. We applied the Gini coefficient, Moran′s I index and Getis Ord General G index to examine the spatial relationship and described the spatial pattern of rural information consumption in Jiangsu province. The calculations and spatial distribution maps of rural information consumption in Jiangsu province were available based on ArcGIS software. The empirical results revealed that the Gini coefficient of regional difference of information consumption was higher than that of total living consumption. In addition, the Moran′s I index and Getis Ord General G index of rural information consumption in Jiangsu province were proved to be always positive during the whole sample period, and the Moran′s I index demonstrated an upward trend. Besides, it was evident that the spatial agglomeration of information consumption had brought about a new pattern of uneven spatial distribution. The results provide strong evidence for the existence of the regional difference of rural information consumption in Jiangsu province and we find that the rural information consumption in Northern Jiangsu province is seriously lagging behind. On the other hand, we can conclude that the significantly positive spatial autocorrelation and spatial agglomeration effect are present in rural information consumption of Jiangsu province, which tend to be stronger and more significant during our sample period. Furthermore, it is proved that the spatial agglomeration effects are different between the cluster of high information consumption and the cluster of low information consumption. In particular, the spatial agglomeration effect of the cluster of high information consumption appears to be more significant than that of the cluster of low information consumption, which has brought new spatial heterogeneity patterns for rural information consumption in Jiangsu province.
