| ［目的］农村一、二、三产业融合发展背景下，依托贵州省凯里市碧波镇地域优势、资源优势、产业优势和地区经济优势，通过规划设计碧波高效农业示范园，以期对贵州省乃至全国高效农业园区发展提供典型与示范样本借鉴。［方法］基于多次远赴凯里碧波及周边园区的实地调研、相关文献资料的搜集整理以及运用SWOT分析和逻辑推理等方法，科学研判碧波高效农业示范园发展。［结果］通过综合分析，将碧波高效农业示范园按照“一心、三园、四基地、多节点”布局，以加快碧波农产品基地建设为主线，提升蓝莓、蔬菜等果蔬产业，使基地形成片、连成带，发挥产业集聚效应； 以发展农产品加工业为动力，围绕园区培育龙头企业，加快果蔬精深加工、旅游休闲食品加工，提高农产品综合精深加工水平； 利用农村特有自然生态景观、民俗文化、传统特色产业资源，发展休闲农业与乡村旅游，以培育新兴业态健康发展为农村经济新增长点。［结论］通过打造凯里碧波高效农业示范园，探索西部园区建设可持续脱贫长效机制，促进农业增效、农村增绿和农民增收，为国民经济持续健康发展和全面建成小康社会提供重要支撑。 |

| Under the background of rural industry integration and development, relying on the advantages of geographical, resource, industry and regional economic in the town of Guizhou Kaili Bibo, Bibo high efficiency agricultural demonstration park is planned and designed in order to provide typical demonstration samples for the development of high efficiency agricultural demonstration parks in Guizhou province and even the whole country. Based on the field investigation of several times to Kaili Bibo and nearby parks, related literature collection, and using SWOT analysis and logical reasoning methods, the development of Bibo efficient agriculture demonstration park was scientifically judged. According to comprehensive analysis, Bibo high efficiency agricultural demonstration park was laid out according to the layout of ′one core, three gardens, four bases and multiple nodes′, and the main line was to speed up the agricultural product base construction, with ascending blueberries, vegetables and fruit industry, so as to make base form a piece, connected into a belt and play the industrial agglomeration effect. Driven by the development of agricultural products processing industry, it would develop leading enterprises in the park, speed up the processing of fruits and vegetables in intensive processing, the processing of tourism and leisure food, and improve the comprehensive processing level of agricultural products. The special natural ecological landscape, folk culture and traditional industrial resources in rural areas were utilized to develop leisure agriculture and rural tourism, so that to foster the healthy development of emerging business as a new growth point of rural economy. By creating Kaili Bibo efficient agriculture demonstration park, the west park construction sustainable long term effective mechanism for sustainable poverty alleviation is explored, so as to promote agricultural green countryside and increase farmers′ income, and to provide important support for sustainable and healthy development of national economy, and build a well off society in an all round way. |
