乡村振兴战略背景下我国农业机械投入强度差异与极化研究

摘要:
[目的]将农业机械投入置于乡村振兴战略的现实背景下,以2000—2016年我国31个省(市、自治区)(不包括中国香港、澳门与台湾地区)数据为研究样本,分析我国农业机械投入强度区域差异与极化程度。[方法]用泰尔指数分解和极化指数探讨我国省际农业机械投入强度的区域差异与空间极化特征。[结果]我国不同空间尺度农业机械投入强度在研究期内都表现出明显的增长态势,且区域差异显著,其中,东部地区农业机械投入强度最高,其次是中部地区和西部地区,东北地区的投入强度最低; 从泰尔指数分解来看,除西部地区外,全国及东部地区、东北地区、中部地区农业机械投入强度差异均呈收敛趋势,且区域内部差异是造成中国农业机械投入强度差异的主要原因,年均贡献率超过80%; 从极化指数结果来看,我国农业机械投入强度表现出一定的极化特征,其中,全国及东部地区、东北地区、中部地区的农业机械投入强度在研究期内逐渐向区域均衡演变,西部地区则由区域均衡向区域集聚转变。[结论]应有效提高我国及不同区域农业机械化投入质量与效率,缓解区域差异与极化程度,更好地推动乡村振兴战略。

STUDY ON THE DIFFERENCE AND POLARIZATION OF CHINA′S AGRICULTURAL MACHINERY INPUT INTENSITY UNDER THE BACKGROUND OF RURAL REVITALIZATION STRATEGY*

Abstract:
This research puts agricultural machinery investment under the background of rural revitalization strategy, and analyzed the regional differences and polarization of Chinese agricultural machinery input intensity (AMII) based on the data of 31 provinces (inclusive of cities and autonomous regions) of China from 2000 to 2016. Methods adopted including the Theil index and the polarization index. It was found that AMII in different spatial scales in China showed a significant growth trend during the study period, and differences were significant among regions. In this sense, the AMII in the eastern region was the highest, followed by the central region, the western region and the northeast region. Considering the decomposition of the Theil Index, except for the western region, the AMII in the whole China, the eastern region, the northeastern region and the central region had shown respectively smaller differences. The intra regional differences mainly contributed to the diversity of the AMII in China, with the average annual contribution rate exceeding 80%. As the results of polarization index, China′s AMII showed certain polarization characteristics. Among them, the AMII in the whole China, the eastern region, the northeast region and the central region gradually evolved to a regional equilibrium during the study period, while the western region changed from regional equilibrium to regional agglomeration. The quality and efficiency of agricultural mechanization inputs in China should be effectively improved, and the regional differences and polarizations should be alleviated, so as to promote the rural revitalization strategy.
