西北地区农业生态和经济系统协调发展研究

摘要:
[目的]农业生态和经济系统的协调发展能够促进社会经济的良性循环,对全面实现小康社会具有重要的现实意义。[方法]文章在阐述农业生态与经济系统耦合关系的基础上,建立西北地区农业生态与经济系统耦合关系的评价体系,计算2016年西北不同地区的耦合协调度,根据两个系统的发展程度大小评价其发展模式,针对不同发展模式提出针对性意见。[结果]2016年西北地区农业生态与经济系统的耦合度基本上稳定在049左右,以甘肃的耦合度最高(0499)。协调度差异明显,其中陕西为中级协调发展,甘肃、宁夏和新疆为初级协调发展,青海为勉强协调发展。从农业生态与经济系统的对比关系看,陕西、甘肃、宁夏为农业生态滞后型,青海和新疆为经济滞后型。[结论]西北地区农业生态与经济系统的耦合协调程度仍存在较大的进步空间,要根据具体的耦合协调类型制定相应的解决办法。

STUDY ON THE COORDINATED DEVELOPMENT OF AGRICULTURAL ECOLOGY AND ECONOMIC IN NORTHWEST CHINA

Abstract:
The coordinated development of agricultural ecology and economic system can promote the virtuous circle of social economy and has important practical significance for the realization of a well off society in an all round way. On the basis of describing the coupling relationship between agricultural ecology and economic system, the evaluation system of the coupling relationship between agricultural ecology and economic system in Northwest China was established, and the coupling coordination degree of different provinces in Northwest China in 2016 was calculated. The development mode of the two systems was evaluated according to the development degree of the two systems, and the pertinent opinions for different development modes were put forward. In 2016, the coupling degree of agricultural ecology and economic system in Northwest China was basically stable at about 0.49, and Gansu had the highest coupling degree (0.499). There were obvious differences in coordination degree, among which Shaanxi was the medium level coordinated development, Gansu, Ningxia and Xinjiang were the primary coordinated development, and Qinghai was the reluctant coordinated development. From the comparative relationship between agricultural ecology and economic system, Shaanxi, Gansu and Ningxia were lagging behind in agricultural ecology, while Qinghai and Xinjiang were lagging behind in economy. This research concludes that there is still much room for improvement in the degree of coupling and coordination between agricultural ecology and economic system in Northwest China, and corresponding solutions should be formulated according to the specific types of coupling and coordination.
