沿海地区现代高效规模农业发展的时空演变及耦合协调度分析

摘要:
目的 农业现代化是我国“四化”同步发展的重要内容,是建设社会主义现代化强国的坚实基础和必然要求,加快推进农业现代化进程对实施乡村振兴战略和全面建成小康社会有着极为重要的意义。方法 文章构建包含6项一级指标、25项二级指标的评价指标体系,利用熵值法、相对发展率、耦合协调模型等对2006—2016年沿海地区现代高效规模农业发展水平的时空格局及耦合协调度进行分析。结果 观察期内沿海各地现代高效规模农业发展水平整体呈上升趋势,各省市区加速特征十分明显,在空间格局上呈现出长江三角洲地区发展水平最高,环渤海经济区其次,华南沿海地区相对较低的分布态势;各地一级指标间耦合协调程度并不理想,在协调大类上都未脱离失调衰退类的范畴。结论 2006—2016年沿海地区现代高效规模农业发展水平逐年提高,但总体耦合协调性欠佳,农业生态环保成为农业发展中较为明显的短板。

ANALYSIS ON SPATIOTEMPORAL EVOLUTION AND COUPLING COORDINATION OF MODERN HIGH-EFFICIENCY LARGE-SCALE AGRICULTURE DEVELOPMENT IN COASTAL AREAS

Abstract:
The modernization of agriculture can be considered as an important part of the synchronous development of the proposed "Four Modernizations" concept in our country. The building up of a solid foundation for a modern agriculture is of increasing demands as well as of inevitable necessary to meet the requirements. The acceleration of the process to achieve agricultural modernization is of great significance for the purpose of implementing the strategy for rural revitalization as well as building a well-off society in an all-round way. This paper constructed an evaluation indicator system consisting of 6 first-level indicators and 25 second-level indicators. The Entropy method, relative development rate, coupling coordination model and other methods were applied to analyze the spatio-temporal pattern and the degree of coupling coordination of the agriculture development in coastal area featured by modernized high-efficiency and large-scale with a time range from 2006 to 2016. In the process of the observation, it could be concluded that agriculture in coastal area featured by modernized high-efficiency and large-scale agriculture in coastal areas presented an upward developing trend in general. The accelerating speeds of all the provinces, cities and areas presented to be really outstanding. In regards of geographic layout, the agricultural area in Yangtze River Delta showed the highest level of development, with the Bohai Rim Economic Zone followed next. In the contrary, costal area in South China had relatively low level of development. The coupling coordination level of first level indicator among different areas couldn’t be considered as ideal, which was basically falling into uncoordinated and declining classification in terms of the coordination category. To sum up, from the year of 2006 to 2016, the development level for agriculture in coastal area which featured by modernized high-efficiency and large-scale shows an increasing year by year, however, the overall coupling coordination performance could been considered as ideal. Ecologic and environmental protection presents an obvious weakness in the development of agriculture.
