| Abstract: |
| This paper briefly analyzed the necessity and possibility that the government of less-developed areas promoted agricultural industrialization. Taking Dingxi of Gansu Province as an example， this paper discussed the role that the local government should play from the aspects including offering the public service， developing the hu- man resources， devoting system innovation， cultivating leading enterprises， and advocating industrial culture. |
