| ［目的］“美丽乡村”建设是为了实现乡村经济的可持续发展而提出的一项重要决策，评价河南省美丽乡村可持续发展的水平对河南省美丽乡村建设具有重要意义。［方法］文章利用层次分析法构建了河南省美丽乡村可持续发展评价指标体系，确定各指标的权重。采用模糊计分法对河南省美丽乡村可持续发展进行综合评价，根据综合得分来分析河南省美丽乡村可持续发展的水平。［结果］评价指标权重的结果分析表明经济发展（0384 3）和生活质量（0300 7）的权重值比较高，科技发展（0192 2）的权重值较低，环境保护（0122 8）的权重值最低，说明河南省在美丽乡村建设中，经济发展迅速，农村居民的生活水平有很大的提高，农村中科技发展的重视程度不高，农民的环保意识有待加强。河南省美丽乡村可持续发展综合得分为0551 9，处于基本可持续发展阶段。［结论］河南省美丽乡村发展水平处于基本可持续发展阶段，而且还存在很大的发展空间。建议政府充分发挥环境保护的宏观调控作用，强化资源的合理开发利用意识，实现河南省美丽乡村建设的可持续发展。 |

| The construction of "beautiful countryside" is an important decision to achieve the sustainable development for rural economy, evaluting the level of sustainable development of beautiful countryside is very significant to the rural construction in Henan province. The study constructed the evaluation index system of sustainable development of beautiful countryside in Henan province by means of AHP to determine the weight of each index. The sustainable development of beautiful countryside in Henan province was evaluated by fuzzy scoring method, and the sustainable development level of beautiful countryside in Henan province was analyzed by comprehensive score. The analysis of the weight of evaluation index showed that the weight value of economic development (0.384 3) and quality of life (0.300 7) was relatively high, the weight value of science and technology development (0.192 2) was lower, and the weight value of environmental protection (0.122 8) was the lowest, which showed that the economic development was rapid in the construction of beautiful countryside in Henan province. The living standard of rural residents had been greatly improved with rapid economic development. However, the importance of scientific and technological development in rural areas was not high, and it′s necessary to strengthen the farmers′ consciousness of the environmental protection. The comprehensive score of sustainable development of beautiful countryside in Henan province was 0.551 9, which was in the stage of basic sustainable development. The development level of beautiful countryside is in the basic stage of sustainable development and there is still a lot of room for development. It suggests that the government play the role macroeconmic regulation and control in enviroment protection, and strengthen the rational development and utilization of resources in order to achieve the sustainable development of beautiful countryside construction in Henan province. |
