| 针对“把科研人员逼成会计”等问题，政府要求改革科研项目资金管理方式，提出了建立科研财务助理制度，让科研人员专心从事科学研究。但如何真正实现“让专业的人做专业的事”，把科研人员从繁琐的事务中解放出来，需要认真深思、研究和探讨，从而落实科研财务助理制度。 |
