农业地理集聚对农业机械化技术进步的影响——基于丘陵山区的实证分析

摘要:
[目的]通过分析农业地理集聚对丘陵山区农业机械化技术进步的影响,为促进丘陵山区农业机械化技术进步提供政策建议。[方法]采用区位商法对丘陵山区农业地理集聚度进行了测算,基于动态面板数据模型分析了农业地理集聚对丘陵山区农业机械化技术进步的影响。[结果]丘陵山区农业地理集聚度逐步提升,而农业机械化技术水平具有显著的跨期相关性,农业地理集聚是促进丘陵山区农业机械化技术进步的重要因素。[结论]要深入推进丘陵山区农业供给侧结构性改革,以市场需求为导向,不断调整种植业内部结构,扩大优势特色产业种植规模,进一步提升农业地理集聚度;要着力构建丘陵山区农业机械化投入的长效机制,不断加大对丘陵山区农业机械技术的研发推广和培训投入力度;要积极引导丘陵山区闲置土地向特色优势产业流转,积极鼓励丘陵山区受教育程度较高的农户从事农业机械化生产经营。

EFFECTS OF AGRICULTURAL GEOGRAPHICAL AGGLOMERATION ON AGRICULTURAL MECHANIZATION TECHNOLOGY PROGRESS——AN EMPIRICAL STUDY BASED ON HILLY AND MOUNTAIN AREAS

Abstract:
By analyzing the influence of agricultural geographical agglomeration on the technical progress of agricultural mechanization in hilly and mountainous areas, this paper provided some policy suggestions to promote the progress of agricultural mechanization. It calculated the degree of agricultural geographic agglomeration in hilly and mountainous areas by using location quotient, and analyzed the influence of agricultural geographic agglomeration on the progress of agricultural mechanization based on the dynamic panel data model. The degree of agricultural geographic agglomeration had been gradually improved in hilly and mountainous areas, and the level of agricultural mechanization technology had a significant inter-temporal correlation. Agricultural geographic agglomeration was an important factor to promote the progress of agricultural mechanization. The structural reform of the agricultural supply side should be further promoted, and the internal structure of the planting industry should be adjusted constantly with the market demand, and the planting scale of the advantage characteristic industry should be expanded to further improve the agricultural geographic concentration; Efforts should be made to build a long-term mechanism of agricultural mechanization investment in hilly and mountainous areas, and constantly increase the research &promotion training investment of agricultural machinery technology; To actively guide the transfer of idle land to the characteristics of dominant industries, and actively encourage farmers with higher education to engage in the production and management of agricultural mechanization.
