| ［目的］新型城镇化是美丽乡村建设的重要推动力，美丽乡村建设是新型城镇化重要组成部分，新型城镇化和美丽乡村建设两者相辅相成，缺一不可，探讨两者的协调发展有利促进新农村建设和城乡一体化发展。［方法］以河南省为例，在评价新型城镇化和美丽乡村建设指标的基础上，通过耦合协调发展度模型研究其耦合协调发展程度。［结果］（1）2008—2017年河南省新型城镇化和美丽乡村建设的耦合协调度介于02~06之间，从中度失调衰退发展到勉强协调发展，其中2008—2010年耦合协调度处于中度失调衰退， 2011—2012年耦合协调度处于轻度失调衰退， 2013—2016年耦合协调度处于濒临失调发展， 2017年耦合协调度处于勉强协调发展； （2）不同市区新型城镇化和美丽乡村建设的耦合协调度介于02~06之间，其中郑州市处于勉强协调阶段，周口市、驻马店市和南阳市等3市区的耦合协调度处于濒临失调发展阶段，开封市、洛阳市、安阳市、新乡市、焦作市、濮阳市、许昌市、商丘市、信阳市和济源市等10市区的耦合协调度处于轻度失调衰退阶段，平顶山市、鹤壁市、漯河市和三门峡市等4市区的耦合协调度处于中度失调衰退阶段。［结论］目前河南省新型城镇化和美丽乡村建设仍处于初级协调阶段，各市区发展不平衡，要实现农村的可持续发展，必须加强新型城镇化和美丽乡村建设的耦合协调发展。 |

| RESEARCH ON THE COUPLING OF NEW URBANIZATION AND BEAUTIFUL RURAL CONSTRUCTION IN HENAN PROVINCE |

| New urbanization is an important driving force for the development of beautiful countryside. Beautiful rural construction is an important part of the new urbanization. New urbanization and beautiful rural construction complement each other and are indispensable. To explore the coordinated development of the two will facilitate the development of new rural construction and the integration of urban and rural areas. Taking the case of Henan province as an example, the study evaluated the degree of coupling and coordinated development through a coupled and coordinated development model based on the evaluation of new urbanization and beautiful rural construction indicators. The results showed that（1）From 2008 to 2017, the coupling coordination degree of new urbanization and beautiful rural construction in Henan province ranged from 0.2 to 0.6, ranging from moderately declining recession to barely coordinated development. Among them, the degree of coupling coordination from 2008 to 2010 was moderately deregulated, the degree of coupling coordination from 2011 to 2012 was in slight maladjustment recession, the degree of coupling coordination from 2013 to 2016 was on the verge of maladjustment and the coupling coordination was barely coordinated in 2017.（2）Coupling coordination between new urbanization and beautiful rural construction in different urban areas was from 0.2 to 0.6, Zhengzhou city was in a reluctant coordination stage, and the coupling degree of 3 cities including Zhoukou city, Zhumadian city and Nanyang city was on the verge of imbalanced development stage. The degree of coupling coordination in 10 urban areas such as Liyang city, Xuchang city, Shangqiu city, Xinyang city, and Jiyuan city was in a mildly declining stage. The coupling coordination in Pingdingshan city, Hebi city, Luohe city, and Sanmenxia city was in the stage of moderate maladjustment recession. At present, the new urbanization and beautiful rural construction in Henan province are still in the primary coordination stage. The development of each urban area is not balanced. To achieve sustainable rural development, it is necessary to strengthen the coupled and coordinated development of new urbanization and beautiful rural construction. |
