| This paper takes the industry development of Changziying Town of Daxin District as an example,expounds the counter measures for developing rural industry at the outskirts of Beijing i.e.accurately selecting breakthrough spot,activating industry development,creating,improving and expanding at the same time,conforming resources,stimulating mutual development,operating by company household,promoting development from spot,line and layer,financing by multiple channels. |
