文章全面回顾了新中国成立60年来的农业资源区划工作，以为今后实现农业、农村经济领域内人与自然的和谐提供一些借鉴，全文共分四个部分，分别是两起两落的20多年;为因地制宜指导农业发展服务的20世纪80年代;为农业可持续发展服务的20世纪90年代;以及为优化区域农业结构布局服务的新世纪

Abstract:

This paper reviewed the agriculture regional planning work comprehensively in the past 60 years for new China， aiming to provide some references for realizing human and natural harmony within the field of agricultural and rural economy. The paper was divided into four parts， which were the time of′two rise and two fall′ that was more than 20 years; the 1980s for the guidance to agricultural development service in line with local conditions; the 1990s for the services for the sustainable agriculture development; as well as the new century to optimize the layout of the regional agricultural structure.
