| Farmland transfer can not only improve the disposal efficiency of the limited land resources, but also help to increase farmers’ income and make the sustainable utilization of land. At present, the owner management during the transfer of the contractual right of land in Xixiu District is influenced by the impeded conduction of information, lack of resonance, etc. Through investigation and study on the relative factors influencing farmland circulation in Xixiu District, this paper puts forward counter measures and analyzes the cause which are based on the survey and analysis of those major factors. |
