| 加强新农村建设，尤其在环境整治和文化建设方面，为农民采用新技术提供必要的环境和条件， 已成为北京郊区促进农业健康发展迫切需要解决的问题。该文通过问卷形式对北京郊区的顺义、大兴和密 云3个区县农户的新技术采用情况进行了实地访谈，了解了农民个体及新农村建设现状，并针对新农村建 设中的农村环境、农民业余文化生活等方面，分别对种植业和养殖业的新技术采用情况进行了因素分析。 在此基础上，得出如下研究结论:一是北京郊区的环境设施建设已取得较大成绩，但在文化建设方面还有 待进一步加强;二是环境设施建设对养殖业影响较大，对种植业影响较小;三是文化建设对种植业和养殖 业均有影响;四是农业推广工作应调整推广方向、更新推广手段。 |

| THE IMPACTS OF NEW RURAL CONSTRUCTION ON TECHNOLOGY SELECTION OF FARMERS IN RURAL AREAS OF BEIJING |

| It is urgent for the healthy development of agriculture in Beijing suburb to strengthen the construction of new rural area， especially the environmental management and cultural construction. Through the questionnaire and on-the-spot interview to the farmers of Shunyi， Daxing and Miyun counties， this paper analyzed the factors im- pacting the new technologies used in the planting and breeding industry. The results showed that: Firstly， the envi- ronmental infrastructure construction had made great achievements in Beijing suburb， but the cultural construction should be further strengthened; Secondly， the environmental infrastructure construction had great influence onthe breeding industry; Thirdly， the cultural construction had influence on both planting and breeding industry; Fourth- ly， the agricultural extension work should adjust direction and methods. |
