| ［目的］贫困问题制约我国社会经济的发展与进步，旅游扶贫可以带来精神和物质双重作用，探讨旅游扶贫的效应对于推动发展中国家经济、社会发展具有重要意义。［方法］文章通过查阅大量文献，利用统计分析法对相关年鉴和国民统计公报公布的数据进行整理和分析，进而采用层次分析—模糊综合评价方法构建武陵山集中连片特困区利用扶贫效应评价指标和指数模型，对其扶贫效应进行评价。［结果］武陵山集中连片特困区旅游扶贫的经济、环境、社会文化效应以及总体的扶贫效应的隶属度值分别为0290、0506、0254和0331，分别对应一般、很强、较强和很强，整体上说明旅游扶贫在武陵山集中连片特困区的效应很明显。同时根据最终评分可以看出武陵山集中连片特困区旅游扶贫效应处于中等偏上水平。［结论］以继续推进武陵山集中连片特困区脱贫为目标，加强该片区内经济效应的建设，完善交通体系建设，促进旅游发展进而加快脱贫步伐。 |

| Poverty problems constrain the development and progress of our country′s social economy. Poverty alleviation through tourism can bring about a dual role of spirit and material. Exploring the effect of poverty alleviation in tourism is of great significance to the economic and social development of developing countries. By reviewing a large number of documents and using statistical analysis methods, this research collected and analyzed the data published in the relevant yearbooks and national statistical bulletins. Moreover, it used the analytic hierarchy process fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct evaluation indicators and index models for the use of poverty alleviation effects in Wulingshan concentrated contiguous destitute areas, and evaluated its poverty alleviation effect. The economic, environmental and socio cultural effects of tourism poverty alleviation in Wulingshan concentrated contiguous areas were 0.290, 0.506, 0.254 and 0.331 respectively, which corresponded to the general, the strongest, the stronger and strong ones. The results showed that the effect of tourism poverty alleviation in Wulingshan concentrated contiguous destitute areas was very obvious. At the same time, according to the final score, it could be seen that the tourism poverty alleviation effect of Wulingshan concentrated contiguous destitute areas was at an intermediate level. In order to continue to push forward the poverty alleviation in Wulingshan concentrated contiguous areas, it should strengthen the construction of economic effects in the area, improve the construction of transportation systems, promote tourism development to accelerate the pace of poverty reduction. |
