| 目的 农村产业融合发展是我国现阶段解决“三农”问题的全新理念，也是未来我国农村高质量发展的必然要求，通过对安徽省农村产业融合发展水平进行量化评估，以期为区域农业发展转型提供参考。方法 文章以安徽省为研究对象，从全产业链发展视角选择能够突出产业融合深度、广度和经济效益的评价指标，然后采用熵值法和综合评价指数法对安徽省农村产业融合发展水平进行量化测度和等级划分。结果 （1）2015—2021年安徽省农业产业融合水平较低，但增长趋势明显；各子系统发展水平中，产业关联互动过程的3个层面发展水平较相近，而融合发展的社会效应明显低于经济效应。（2）安徽省农业产业融合发展起点低，产业之间相互关联能力弱，是目前农业产业链发展层次低，产业价值链延伸水平有限的主要原因；农村休闲农业发展速度相对较快，是带动全省农业多功能拓展的主要力量；相对于农村产业融合的经济效应，其社会效应尚不明显。（3）安徽省农村产业融合发展水平区域间差异较明显，且各区域发展速度和变化趋势不同，区域间差异缩小趋势不明显。从变化趋势来看，以合肥市、芜湖市、安庆市3市变化幅度较小，增长缓慢；而阜阳市、滁州市、宿州市增长速率较快。（4）安徽省农村产业融合发展水平等级划分结果：芜湖市为中等水平；合肥市、阜阳市、六安市、安庆市、宣城市、马鞍山市、亳州市、滁州市、黄山市和池州市为较低水平；蚌埠市、淮北市、淮南市和铜陵市为低水平。结论 安徽省农村产业融合发展水平存在着产业链延伸水平有限，产业多功能拓展层次低，区域发展不平衡等问题，针对以上问题，首先需要加强政府统筹规划，各区域依据自身资源优势和区域发展特点，因地制宜地制定农村产业融合发展政策；其次，要转变农业经营模式，培育新型农业经营主体，推动农业现代化转型。 |

| The integrated development of rural industries represents a contemporary approach to addressing China's 'three rural issues' (agriculture, rural areas, farmers), and it is also an essential prerequisite for achieving sustainable high-quality rural development in the coming years. By quantitatively evaluating the level of integrated development of rural industries in Anhui province, we aim to provide a reference for the transformation of regional agricultural development. Taking Anhui province as the research object, evaluation indicators that can highlight the depth, breadth, and economic performance of industrial integration were selected from the perspective of a whole-industry chain analytical framework. And we employed the entropy weighting combined with composite index modeling to quantitatively assess and stratify rural industrial integration maturity levels. The key findings revealed that: (1) From 2015 to 2021, the level of agricultural industry integration in Anhui province was relatively low, but the growth trend was obvious; In the development level of subsystems, the level of industrial correlation and integration was low, and the level of industrial value chain extension and multi-functional expansion was limited. Compared to the economic performance of rural industrial integration, its social impacts was not yet obvious. (2) There were significant regional disparities in the level of rural industrial integration development in Anhui province, and the development speed and trend of each region were different. The trend of narrowing regional differences was not significant. From the trend of change, Hefei city, Wuhu city, and Anqing city had relatively small changes and slow growth; However, the growth rates of Fuyang, Chuzhou, and Suzhou were relatively fast. (3) The classification results of the level of integrated development of rural industries in Anhui province: Wuhu City was at a moderate level; Hefei, Fuyang, Lu'an, Anqing, Xuancheng, Ma'anshan, Bozhou, Chuzhou, Mount Huangshan and Chizhou were at a lower level; Bengbu city, Huaibei city, Huainan city, and Tongling city were at a low level. In summary, there are problems with the integration development level of rural industries in Anhui province, such as limited extension of the industrial chain, underdeveloped multi-functional industrial expansion, and imbalanced regional development. In response to the above problems, it is essential to strengthen the government's overall planning, and each region should formulate policies for the integration development of rural industries according to its own resource advantages and regional development characteristics; Secondly, we need to transform the agricultural business model, cultivate new types of agricultural business entities, and promote the modernization and transformation of agriculture. |
