| 目的 文章构建响水县空心村整治规划评价体系、揭示苏北县域农村空心化空间分布格局及影响因素，对促进苏北地区空心村转型和可持续发展具有重要意义。方法 县域视角下以具有内陆型和沿海型空心村共性问题的响水县为研究区域，基于实地调研数据，借助GIS空间分析从人口、土地和经济三方面构建农村空心化综合测度指标体系，揭示农村空心化的地域分异特征。结果 （1）响水县农村空心化程度普遍较高，各乡镇间空心化差异明显，人口、土地、经济和综合空心化指数的区域差异明显，人口空心化水平整体高于其他维度；（2）人口集聚度、人均纯收入和宅基地粗放利用度是影响响水县农村空心化的主导因素；（3）响水县空心村的形成源于内部推力与城镇化外部拉力的双重作用，同时受限于村内基础设施与教育医疗资源的不足。结论 响水县农村空心化是人口、土地和经济等多维要素相互作用的结果。治理农村空心化，首先以产业发展为基础，完善公共服务和基础设施以及平衡教育医疗资源为保障，其次加强落实乡村自治和保护环境等措施。 |

| It is significant to promote the transformation and sustainable development of hollow villages in Northern Jiangsu by constructing an evaluation system for the renovation planning of hollow villages in Xiangshui county and revealing the spatial distribution pattern and influencing factors of rural hollowing in Northern Jiangsu. Taking Xiangshui county, which has the common problems of inland and coastal hollow villages, as a study area. Based on the field survey data and the spatial data, a comprehensive measurement index system of rural hollowing was constructed from three aspects, population, land, and economy. Spatial distribution characteristics of hollow villages were revealed by the use of GIS. The results demonstrated that: (1) The rural hollowing degree in Xiangshui county was generally high, with significant hollowing differences among villages and towns. The regional differences in population, land, economy, and comprehensive hollowing index were obvious. The overall level of population hollowing was shown to be higher than other dimensions; (2) Population concentration, per capita net income, and the degree of rough utilization of homesteads were the main factors that could affect the hollowing out of rural areas in Xiangshui county; (3) The formation of hollow villages in Xiangshui county arose from the dual influence of internal push factors and external urbanization pull forces. This dynamic was further constrained by the inadequate infrastructure and insufficient educational and healthcare resources within the villages. In summary, rural hollowing in Xiangshui county is caused by the interaction of multidimensional factors including population, land, and economy. It is essential to build upon industrial development as the foundation, enhance public services and infrastructure, as well as ensure a balance of educational and medical resources, and advancing the implementation of measures, such as rural autonomy and environmental protection. |
