目的 推广使用测土配方施肥技术是化肥减量增效的重要途径,而规范使用行为是充分发挥测土配方施肥技术效果的关键所在。方法 文章从信息不完全的视角,探究测土配方施肥技术规范使用行为的形成机理,分析认知偏差在两者之间的中介效应,为推动农业生产减量化和实现农业高质量发展提供经验。结果 (1)信息不完全、经济效益认知偏差、科学施肥认知偏差对农户测土配方施肥技术规范使用行为具有显著负向影响,而生态效益认知偏差则起到显著正向作用,多种策略检验后结果稳健;(2)科学施肥认知偏差在信息不完全与农户技术规范使用行为之间起到了中介作用,生态效益认知偏差则在两者之间起到遮掩效应;(3)异质性检验结果显示,农业收入为主型和耕地集中型农户更易受到信息不完全、经济效益认知偏差和生态效益认知偏差的影响,而对于非农收入为主型和耕地分散型的农户群体而言,科学施肥认知偏差则起到了关键的作用。结论 建议加强技术推广的过程记录和信息共享,加强技术效果的宣传和示范,积极融入肥料管理知识,同时针对不同类型农户分类施策,促进农户对测土配方施肥技术的规范使用。 |

THE INFLUENCE OF INCOMPLETE INFORMATION AND CONGITIVE DEVIATION ON THE STANDARDIZED USE BEHAVIOR OF CHEMICAL FERTILIZER REDUCTION TECHNOLOGY |

Promoting the use of soil testing and formula fertilization technology is an important way to reduce the amount and increase the efficiency of chemical fertilizer, and the standardized use behavior is the key to give full play to the effect of soil testing and formula fertilization technology. Based on 797 micro data of farmers, using Binary Logistic model and Mediation effect model, this paper empirically tested the mechanism of incomplete information and cognitive deviation on the standardized use of soil testing and formula fertilization technology, and further explored the heterogeneity influence of incomplete information in different groups. The results showed that: (1) Incomplete information, cognitive deviation of economic benefits and cognitive deviation of scientific fertilization had a significant negative impact on the standardized use of soil testing and formula fertilization technology, while the cognitive deviation of ecological benefits played a significant positive role, and the results were stable after various strategies; (2) The cognitive deviation of scientific fertilization played an intermediary role between the incomplete information and the standardized use of farmers' technical norms, while the cognitive deviation of ecological benefits played a concealment effect; (3) Heterogeneity test results showed that agricultural income and cultivated land concentrated farmers were more vulnerable to incomplete information, cognitive deviation of economic benefits and cognitive deviation of ecological benefit, and for non-agricultural income and cultivated land dispersed farmers, cognitive deviation of scientific fertilization played a key role. Therefore, to promote the standardized use of soil testing and formula fertilization technology, it is suggested to strengthen the process record and information sharing of technology promotion, strengthen the publicity and demonstration of technical effect, actively integrate the fertilizer management knowledge, and at the same time for different types of farmers to promote the standardized use of soil testing and formula fertilization technology. |
