目的 耕地非农化加剧使得耕地保护面临巨大压力,探讨耕地非农化的时空特征及演变态势,是进行耕地保护和促进耕地可持续利用的前提。方法 文章基于1990年、2000年、2010年和2020年的云南省4期30 m分辨率土地利用数据,利用热点分析、标准差椭圆方法、重心转移分析方法等,揭示近30年来云南省耕地非农化的时空分布特征、立地特征及演变态势。结果 (1)1990—2020年云南省耕地非农化面积不断增加且变化率快速增长,耕地非农化分布由主要分布于滇中城市群内县域向滇东、滇西和滇东北城市群内县域扩张。(2)耕地非农化热点区域主要集中在滇中城市群内的县域,冷点区域集中在滇西北和滇西南地区的县域。(3)立地特征方面,2010—2020年耕地非农化面积在坝区、低丘缓坡区和山区分别较1990—2000年增长了7.21倍、13.53倍和24.17倍,山区增长幅度最快,近10年耕地非农化在政策主导下呈“上山”趋势。(4)1990—2020年各州(市)耕地非农化地区集中分布在距离主要城市中心20 km以内地区。(5)1990年以来云南省耕地非农化重心以及空间分布呈现先向东南方向、后向东北方向偏移的态势,重心迁移距离增大,迁移路径呈“V”型形态;标准差椭圆在不同时期内的变化具有一定方向性,但总体呈现出向东北方向偏移的趋势。结论 研究揭示了云南省耕地非农化的时空特征及演变态势,可为实现云南省制定耕地保护政策和进行国土空间管控,促进耕地资源的可持续利用提供决策支持。 |

SPATIOTEMPORAL CHARACTERISTICS AND EVOLUTION OF NON-AGRICULTURAL FARMLAND IN YUNNAN PROVINCE |

The intensification of cultivated land conversion to non-agricultural farmland places tremendous pressure on cultivated land protection. To explore the spatial-temporal characteristics and evolution of non-agricultural cultivated land is the prerequisite for the protection of cultivated land and the promotion of sustainable use of cultivated land. Based on the land use data of Yunnan province with a 30 m resolution in 1990, 2000, 2010, and 2020, and using the hotspot analysis, standard deviation ellipse method, and centroid shift analysis, this study revealed the spatial-temporal distribution characteristics, site characteristics, and evolutionary trends of cultivated land non-agriculturalization in Yunnan province over the past 30 years. The results were listed as follows. (1) From 1990 to 2020, the area of cultivated land non-agriculturalization in Yunnan province had been continuously increasing, with a rapid growth rate. The distribution of cultivated land non-agriculturalization expanded from the counties within the central Yunnan urban agglomeration to the counties within the eastern, western, and northeastern Yunnan urban agglomerations. The hotspot areas of cultivated land non-agriculturalization were mainly concentrated in the counties within the central Yunnan urban agglomeration, while the cold spot areas were concentrated in the counties in the northwestern and southwestern Yunnan.(2) In terms of site characteristics, from 1990 to 2000, the non-agricultural area of cultivated land increased 7.21 times, 13.53 times and 24.17 times in dam area, low hill and gentle slope area and mountainous area, respectively. And the growth rate was the fastest in mountainous area. In recent ten years, the non-agricultural area of cultivated land showed a trend of “rising” under the guidance of policies. From 1990 to 2020, the non-agricultural areas of cultivated land in various states (cities) were concentrated in the areas within 20 km from major urban centers. (3) Since 1990, the non-agricultural center of gravity and its spatial distribution of cultivated land in Yunnan province shifted first to the southeast and then to the northeast, and the migration distance of the center of gravity has increased, and the migration path presented a "V" shape. The variation of the standard deviation ellipse in different periods had a certain direction, but the general trend of deviation to the northeast. Finally, this study revealed the spatial-temporal characteristics and evolution of non-agricultural farmland in Yunnan province, which can provide decision-making support for the development of cultivated land protection policies, territorial space control and sustainable utilization of cultivated land resources in Yunnan province. |
